I Think my cat is pregnant

These are all signs that she is close to giving birth. Continue to monitor (it's all you can do) and take her to the vet if she seems to be in distress. This would be her unable to get a kitten out, etc.

Please keep her inside and away from intact males after she gives birth and until she is spayed. She can get pregnant again quickly and she is too young for that stress on her body.

She seems ok eating regular just got in from work an it look like she had two contractions laid down an now she's in her nesting box

Yes, that is normal mucus for a pregnant cat who is nearing labor.

Yes I live in a brownstone an she has access to the whole house and it's hard to keep track of her an keep her in the room with the nesting box cuz she like to roam the house

You can set up more than one nesting box around the house so she can choose where she wants to be. Are there places she is frequenting?

It's like 4 floors so I do try to just keep her in my room but I hope she has them soon when I pet her, her back ripples a lot she's way nicer she ate a lil

It's possible that she delivered a placenta first.  Do you want to post a photo?  

The wetness is probably amniotic fluid from a sac.  If a kitten doesn't come out shortly I would be concerned.
