Pregnant sphynx Svedka

My sphynx svedka is expecting. She is about 4-5 weeks expecting in end of January. I have a few questions. Is it normal for cats to throw up during pregnancy. My vet said it could be normal. Also anyone have any experience on when she will start showing. Her nappies have gotten little dime sized lumps under them. I just have a lot of questions. Would like to talk to someone who has experience with sphynx breed. Thank you
