My kitty has a sore tender nose. Its making her whisker area above.her mouth wet. It doesnt look bloody,just wet. Her appetite is poor, and shes pretty lethargic...any advice

Sorry if this sounds obvious but yes, she needs a vet visit. It may be infected, and with poor appetite and lethargy she is on a downward spiral. Stop the spiral with professional help, sooner with less $$ than later with more.
