My cat has watery eyes, a runny nose, and coughs and sneezes. She is eating well, drinking and playing with her siblings. She's only been sick for about a week. I was just wondering when I should take her to the vet?

Since your kitty has been sick for one week already I would suggest going to the vet soon as you can .  These colds can get really serious .  If it is bacterial your vet may prescribe antibiotics to clear it up .  After that you can put on Lysine twice a day to keep the virus under control .. It may be a good idea to put all the cats on the Lysine since the colds can be contagious ..

I agree,  a Vet check is in order....now....

I would not wait... you and your kitty will feel so much better after the Vet check..

even if it is just for peace of mind for you...please...

She is 6 months old, on the way to the vet first thing in the morning, unless she gets worse and then to the emergency clinic

Good idea. In the future you might want to take her in sooner. Cats often don't get better on their own, like a human might.

Do you plan to get your kittens fixed soon?

If she wasn't coughing, I would tell you to keep an eye on her, but the coughing concerns me.  Make sure she continues to eat, use the box, and drinks normally.

You may need to separate the boys and girls, in that case. The first heat can be silent and they are reaching an age where they could begin mating.

I would call around and see if you can find a vet who will do it sooner.  They usually go into heat around 6 months.
