I'm able to visit whenever I like and she will send me daily photos and videos :)
Babies are doing well this morning. She is feeding them 1 ml every hour for 1 week. The 2 stronger kitties have gained 5 grams each . The little kitty has gained 3 grams. He is apparently doing ok but needs a little more care then the other 2 .

I think that is great news. You have done wonders and they would have certainly not have survived without your help and dedication. But as you have found, it is a terrific responsibility, especially if you are not experienced. But they have a real chance now, and in expert hands let us hope they will continue to thrive. It is great you can keep contact with them and also with the momcat.

You have done a great job with them, I too think you made the right decision to hand them off to someone who has a lot of experience with this kind of thing. Thank you for saving these kitties

Just got an update
Full ginger kitten was 82 grams and is now 98 grams ( 3.4 ounces )
Ginger and white was 79grams and is now 92 grams (3.24ounces)
And unfortunately little black and white kitty has not really gained despite 3 ml feeds hourly and some glucose. He was 74 grams and is now only 76 grams (2.68ounces)

The first two are growing well!

I think the fact that the little black and white one has not lost weight is important. It sounds like he's stable, and hopefully will turn the corner and begin gaining soon.

Is mama kitty okay?

Thank you for the update!

We are hoping he starts to gain soon. He is not losing weight so thats good I guess. The other two are also suckling on mum a lot now aswell, but it's likely they arent getting much at all.
Mum is doing very well. She has been a lot better with the little one and has settled very well considering

Oh my. Thankyou. Im blushing.
I adore cats. I always have. My husband thinks I'm the crazy cat lady. Just yesterday I rescued this handsome boy who was abandoned last year.he is desexed so was once cared for . He has been roaming in my yard for the 6months ive lived here. I sheltered him for the night and noticed he had a huge wound under his arm so I took him to the emergency vet to be looked after and they will rehome him

Yes, now when there WAS somebody with real experience.  Most often there is none, and the primary rescuer must fight  alone, at best with some advice, for example from our Forum.

But now you are well prepared if there is some next time, hopefully without complications, with kittens whom are "fully cooked"

So sweet of you to rescue that handsome boy and to see that he receives medical attention for that nasty looking wound. He needed shelter and likely antibiotics. I pray he heals and finds a wonderful forever home!

It's also good to hear that mama kitty has settled in and all 3 babies are doing well. I look forward to your report after your visit on Wednesday. :)

Wonderful! So glad the little one is turning the corner. I figured it was a matter of a day or two. They must be eating like champs! :)
