Cat is suddenly dizzy

Hey all.  My 2 year old boy, Milo, just had a random dizzy spell out the back.  He stumbled and leant up against a rail while all wobbly, he tried to walk a bit and was unstable.  This lasted about 30 seconds and he was a little bit scared while it was all happening.  Once it was over, he was back to his normal self and ran through the house as if nothing happened.  I have checked him for ticks and have found nothing, he wasn't outside all day but I only got home shortly before this happened, so I don't know if this was the first time or not.  Any ideas of what it could be?
