Can you call the vet and ask for the dosage (how much and how often to give)? Kittens are so small that a regular cat dose may do more harm than good.

Pyrantel is a dewormer. Unless the bloody stools were caused by worms, Pyrantel may not do much if anything to help the stools return to normal. Did the vet take a poop sample and run bloodwork?

There is usually some dosage info on the bottle / equivalent.

Pyrantel is mild, so some overdosage isnt dangerous, if you happen to take too much. Also, the kitten isnt no longer tiny.

If your kitten not dewormed earleier / mom not dewormed, she has surely round worms.  So a pyrantel cure isnt not wrong.

But if it is enough for curing the bloody stool, we will see.
