So about 2 months ago, I saved a kitten since its mother quit taking care of him. I had bottled fed him and he's doing great now. I've just been curious on what his breed could be. All we know is that the mom cat was black. I've never had a cat before so I didn't know much and still have more to learn. But he is a cream color with dark ears, face, paws, and tail; his fur is about medium length. His eyes seem to be turning more of a green than the blue that they were. If I knew how to post a picture on here, I could post a picture as well. Thanks!

He is a point, a seal point for sure.  Mom was apparently a point carrier, so was dad too.

But ThAT much dark on a small kitten is unusual - so I suspect he is not the most common "siamese--mix", but one of the points were of siamese type, the other of the points were of the burmanese type.  Giving a pointed kitten whom darkens up already as kitten, and whom dont have the usual blue eyes.

Congrats to your find!

Aww his beautiful! He looks a lot like milo when he was little. Yes it's definitely Siamese. Milo is grey in color though.

I see I wrote too hasty, become unclear.   Its the point genes who are mixed, one point gene of the siamese type, alike is the usual, but the other point gene is of the burmanese type - not unique but not the usual.

This combination together gives a pointed kitten all right, but that kittens darkens up on the body already as young,  and the eyes dont need to be any good blue - as burmanese usually arent blue eyed.

If you dont watch out, Milo may end up as a Neva Masquerade look alike "pointed sibirian", longish fur and here a blue point.   Although its too early as yet to predict much.  Kittens are often difficult. esp mixed kittens.   On purebreds its a little easier, because you KNOW what they shall be.   :)

Being as mom was a black cat, there's no knowing what he is except a domestic shorthair, and a cutie pie, but sure as God made kittens, there's a siamese or another pointed breed somewhere in his little woodpile.
