I have been feeding my cat for 1.5 years RC SO as he had one episode of crystals and maybe a stone.

Regardless, he is doing great and nevr has had an issue again.

I have 5 cats so it is nearly impossible to not feed them all the same, not to mention I work and am single with a limited salary.

The vets continue to want to moniter my cats often which is VERY expensive, not to mention time lost from work and the stress that it creates in my multiple cat home.

I want to simply transition him to a WET ONLY CANNED CAT FOOD, no dry that I will supplement with WATER daily.

Can someone PLEASE give me a few BRAND NAMES that I can find easily.

I am looking for options and keeping this as simple as possible. I already have dome my research on this condition so appreciate only suggestions on BRANDS.

MANY THANKS!!

I can't suggest brands as I'm in the uk, but my crystals boy has done great on a primarily wet food diet (non prescription, grain free) with a little Royal Canin urinary s/o kibble. Ratio is around 80% wet to 20% dry. He had crystals (badly) aged 3. He's now 13, and has never had a recurrence.

Hopefully some other members will chime in with specific brands for you to try.

I've asked a moderator tt move this thread to a more appropriate forum.

Here are some links to affordable healthy canned food:

Many of what you can find in the supermarket and chain pet stores are good to feed: Friskies, Fancy Feast Classic / Gourmet, Sheba, etc. Friskies is probably the better choice for a milti-cat household because the can sizes are larger. Fancy Feast only comes in 3 oz cans. PetSmart and Petco and other chain pet stores often have huge sales on Friskies and other brands so you can stock up and save.

Water is not a supplement. It is a requirement for all living animals and needs to be provided daily regardless of diet. Cats will get most of their water from the canned food but they also need a source of fresh water. You may never see the cats drink from the water bowl but you need to have it available at all times.

Sorry about that
I thought you meant that once you feed only canned food the water bowl goes away
