Help for a three-legged kitty

On November 22 I found a stray with her front left leg severely injured. Her bone and cartilage were exposed on the lower third of the leg. I rushed her to the vet and the only option was to amputate her entire leg. When speaking to the vet on how this could possibly have happened,  he said this injury is most commonly seen when an animal has been caught on a trap. After her surgery I happily adopted this tough kitty. But with her came her vet bills. Unprepared for these sudden expenses, I find myself in debt. I am asking for a little help.
