my outdoor cat (previously a stray) has been acting a bit odd lately, his eating routine is dry food morning/noon and wet food by night, i notice after dinner he would walk off and sit beside the front gate (his daily routine after dinner) and starts yowling so intense that even the neighbors from a few blocks could hear him, he's a very healthy cat. I'm always there with him whenever he's home, i do play with him. Is this behaviour... normal?

Has he been neutered if not that most likely is the problem.

Some cats have a lot to say. One of mine has to loudly announce every time he goes to take a poo. Maybe yours is saying, "I JUST ATE DELICIOUS FOOD. JUST AN FYI EVERYONE."

Agreed. Sounds like our Siamese that we used to have during her first (and only) heat. Mom had considered breeding her but couldn't stand the racket she made, lol. So, she got fixed.
