stage 2 heart murmur

I have a 6 month old male that is stage 2 heart murmur and need to get him nurered quickly and as cheep as possible im a single mom and dont wanna get rid of him any one know pf a place near Scottsdale az to help I took him to paws already they wont do it everywhere else wants to start around 300 plus thanks for any help

I would talk to friends with pets and call you  local humane society or SPCA for advice and recommendations.
