My cat had another litter of kittens, and this time she had 3. Unfortunately 2 didn't make it :(. But the last one has seemed to be perfectly fine, she eats everyday and acted fine. But since about 3-5 hours ago she started actint weird. She was crying and limp when i held her. But i let her sleep awhile, and she just woke up making a weird puking noise. And her stomach was making weird noises as well, but she didn't puke or anything. She just ended up going bak to sleep. Im very concerned, anyone know what could be wrong? (Shes about 3-4 weeks i think)

She ates from the mom, right?   Did she nursed when she awoke, before falling back asleep?

Anyways,  I would try to see a good vet, used for helping small kittens or at least small puppies.

Shes eaten a few times in the last 24 hours, but she hasnt eaten in like 5-6 hours. The mom will lay there licking her and she will walk around a bit but she wont eat.

Whatever it is, it almost surely a vet errand.

If it were a bottle baby, I would hope on gases in the stomach, and propose  simeticone - the same as for human babies, one or two drops in the bottle...  And better burping.

You can still try with this.

But if you DO have access to any decent vet, that is my decisive recommendation.   ASAP vet errand.

The problem is, you can try with simeticone  (look up the Wikipedia article, if you need your local name sold in your country)

but it takes time.   If you wait with the ASAP vet visit, because you want to try with simeticone, time will go, and the risks bigger and bigger.

and it wasnt gases - then you had lost precious time.

Two other  home treateable possibilities could be - some sort of constipation.  With a bottle orphan baby constipation and severe condition - even dying alike symptoms - is always a possibility.  If eliminaition isnt working, you wil soon see severe symptoms...

But  with mom nursed kittes this is rare.  Also, moms usually ate up the poo, so you seldom see it.

A third possibility is a severe worm infection.  Most probably round worms, as they get it from moms if mom isnt properly dewormed.   And may be tape worms too, if the kittens got flea infested...  As she is 3+ weeks now, there are some dewormers which are OK to use.

Pyrantel poaomate containging dewormers for roundworms.   Milbomax is a good allround dewormer.  Both are possible to buy OTC.

But still, asap vet visit is my strong advice.

Better the vet gives you exaclty the same advices as I do now, then you try home treatment, and the kitten perishes - probably in severe pains, in something any decent vet could easily helped.  Or at least, diagnostisized.

Im sorry to hear this.  That is sad. I wasnt too optimistic. but there is always a hope, if the vet is any decent.   Tx for telling us the outcome.

How is the momma?  I suppose she is sad and grieving?   If she is a good, caretaking momma, you can perhaps lessen the tragedy by letting her be a foster mom for other kittens in need?

Just make yourself reasonably sure the fosterlings dont carry any terrible contagion.  Say, better their mom was run over by a car, than died of Felv or distemper...

Contact vets around, or shelter around.  They often know, its a network of sorts.

Last but not least.   If  you arent a breeder, please do spay your momma.  Its unnecessary she goes through more of this.

If she is a good friendly momma, you can have her as a foster mom anyway, even if spayed, she will take care of orphans.  And you enjoy small kittens, if such is your fancy.   :)

Good luck!
