Trying to find UNINTERRUPTED time in our 9 cat household is getting ridiculous! I'm thinking I should kick myself for taking in the two kittens a mama left at my door.
My husband & I are in our 60's now,taking care of our very elderly parents almost full time. My mom has 3 cats next door that I also care for except feeding.
I am such a sap. I couldn't resist the kittens crying, so in they came. They were only about two weeks old at the time & very small.
They also already had herpes. So off to the vet we went. A lot of $$$ later, lots of care & they are 8 weeks old.
I promised the big cats that the kittens would be given away. This is one promise I'm keeping, somehow.
I will post a pic when their hair is grown out (they also had ringworm, nasty stuff).
Basically, what I'm saying is, I'm getting too old for this.
