Christmas Cats

Is it too early to share Christmas cat pics?
Makena with Santa at a Petsmart a few years ago. Normally Makena would not be enthusiastic about this sort of thing, but he knows the clerk (dressed as Santa) really well from previous visits to the store and he was excited to see him again.

Lovely pic with Santa, Makena looks comfortable, I like the xmas lights and Makena pic as well  :-)

Just awesome pics!

We had a tabby named "Bug," long since passed, who LOVED Christmas. He liked to sleep near the tree and watch the little train we have go around, play in wrappings (we would leave them down for a few days for him to play in!) And he LOVED hiding under the red fabric we had for around the base of the tree.




Really miss that little guy - especially when decorating for Christmas. He would always be in the way; sniffing at everything,

crawling under the gifts, playing with his toys around the tree etc.

It has been nearly ten years since he left us. We have two cats we love dearly,
but something I can't quite describe seems to be "missing" every Christmas.

Maybe you are missing his presence mostly he loves Christmas?
