Kitten won't eat healthy food :(

The first 2-3 weeks I had my kitten, I had not done much research on cat food, so her diet consisted of Royal Canin Babycat + Purina Pro Plan. After doing lots of homework on the crap that's in cat food, I decided to purchase a couple cans of Wellness CORE and Nutro kitten food, because the ingredients are awesome. So far, over the past two or three days, whenever I put her healthy food down for her, she smells it and walks away. Eventually she might come back and eat a few bites, but she never cleans the bowl like she did with the Royal Canin and Pro Plan. In the morning she used to literally jump out of bed when it was time for her Royal Canin breakfast, and now she hardly even bothers to show excitement that it's food time at all. Today was day 3 of trying the healthy food, and she snubbed her bowl, so I decided to put out a bowl of Royal Canin instead, and she gobbled it right up. Is there any hope for her to have a healthy, natural diet?! Or am I stuck with a picky eater that only prefers non-healthy cat foods instead?  

Usually when you switch a cat's diet you combine the two foods for a few weeks, gradually increasing the amount of the new food and phasing out the old food.
