Not sure what else to do.....please advise. We rescued a feral kitten who was 4 months old. It took us about a month to get him fully socialized. The problem now is that he RULES the house. He attacks the other female(domestic) cat who is his same age. He attacks even the dogs. He isn't often easily scared off by anything. He has destroyed all my plants and has started urinating and defacating in places other than the litter boxes. We built him a really nice cat tree that keeps him happy a great deal and we play with him all he time with toys. We have hung shelves and given him many places to climb. He roams the house in the eary early morning singing LOUDLY. He is very smart and we cant seem to keep him out of the cat food container. We've tried just about everything. At this point we are considering a auto feed canister but fear he'll eat too much. I'm not sure what to do about his bad habbits. He can be so very loving too. He and I are very connected. I love when he snuggles with me. We absolutely love him and don't want to put him back into the wild where we got him from.....any ideas? He is fixed. Did we just get him too late? Help my Bizzy!

I don't think you got him too late but you may just have gotten a cat with lots of personality. He sounds like a handful.

Depending on when he was fixed, it may take some more time for him to calm a little. Raging hormones are tough on everyone.

How did the introductions go when he first arrived? He may be trying to establish his territory and quick intros often exacerbate the issues newbies have with residents. You may have to start from scratch and help him understand his place in the household.

Can you build him a small catio or give him his own room so he can have his own space away from everyone else?

I am trying to toss out some ideas as why he's behaving this way. You have a lot going on, so he may just need some time to adjust to your busy household.
