My female blue russian 3 yr old has been sneezing a lot. She sneezes several times in a row and paws at her mouth and nose.  She hasn't been eating much so I gave her some tuna, but when she tried to got a small piece into her mouth she began producing copious amounts of slobbery bubbles and shaking her head getting drool blobs all over the table, tuna, and wall.

Have you been able to examine her mouth? It almost sounds like she's got something wedged in there...or has a respiratory infection.

If that was my cat, I'd schedule a vet visit right away.

I am not a vet.  This sounds like an URI (upper respiratory infection) and it would be a good idea to get your baby into a vet as soon as possible.  I would call 1st thing tomorrow morning.  She is probably eating less because she can not smell her food.  One of  my cats had a bad URI years ago and she alerted me to it by waking me up sneezing snot in my face. My cat was a kitten at the time and she never stopped eating.  The vet had to put her on an antibiotic.  She actually required two different rounds of 2 different antibiotics to get rid of it.

One thing you can try for tonight which might help make her more comfortable is the steam room treatment.  Run the shower in your bathroom as hot as you can get it.  Take you cat into the bathroom for about 20 minutes and just sit with her in the steam.  This may help loosen some of the congestion so that she is able to eat more comfortably.  Try to do this at least a couple of times before you go to bed.  You can try feeding her again after the treatment.  Hopefully this will loosen the congestion up enough so that she is able to eat without sneezing and coughing.

I also agree with the comment about checking her mouth.

I agree with all comments and a vet visit is needed.  If she doesn't eat she is at risk of various complications including very serious ones.
