Incision or Tattoo?

I've been posting a lot because I've never had an animal spayed and I'm worried. They said they gave Mixy a tattoo to ensure she's been spayed. And there is a small line which I've been guessing is the incision and a circle right above it and I was guessing that was the tattoo. But after looking at the incision is has a green line making me think it's the tattoo and incision? But if that's the case I have no clue what the circle is.

Since I've been posting a lot here is my little girl Mixy asleep in my lap.

In my area they do a tattoo over the incision and the black dot is where the suture knot is from the running suture. I have worked at a spay neuter clinic and it is nice to shave the belly and see the tattoo so a cat does not have an unnessacary surgery.

Well the thing is this circle I'm talking about isn't small. Which is why I thought it was the tattoo but it's not even colored.

I do not know then. Maybe if you post a pic someone will know. My girl is a tuxie also and if I move her white hair on belly I can see her blue tattoo.
