8 week old kitten with CH needs new home

I have an 8 week old kitten with CH. The mom was a stray that I took in before I realized she was pregnant. She had 3 kittens and one of them has CH. I am in an apartment so I can't keep any of the kittens. "Flopsie" is a playful & loving black kitten diagnosed with mild-moderate CH. She can eat from a bowl and is working on a water bowl. She gets around pretty good with a combination of rolling and running.  Please help me find a home for this kitten.
