Help/Tips? Bandaging a feeding tube

Our cat has had a feeding tube for a couple of weeks now. We have been bandaging it with the typical gauze/cotton wrap and self-adhesive bandage wrap. The issue is that our cat keeps scratching it, making it loose and twisting it, and she's constantly pulling the tube along with it. 

She has not pulled the tube out yet, but we're concerned she soon will. Does anyone have tips on how to keep this from happening? Any unique ways to bandage?
