My neighbor and I trap, neuter, and release feral cats in our neighborhood sometimes.  We've used traps that she bought from a vet.  We put food in them and the trap door shuts as soon as the cat steps on the floor of the trap.  We've even caught raccoons that way to take away and relocate them.   You might can borrow or rent one from someone in your area.

Another way would be to put some very enticing food in the carrier to get it in.  Or, get the vet to give you a tranquilizer to put in its food.  I've done that when I've had to travel with my cat.  You have to give it to them a couple of hours before expecting to leave.  It makes them sleep through the trip.

One time I was feeding a moderately feral cat that would let me get pretty close to it.  So, when I had to get it into the car I used a small quilt to put on top of him and then slipped him into the trap that we were using for a cage.  That way I didn't get clawed.

Hope some of this helps.

Thanks Donna .. Great suggestions . I appreciate your responding... First step i will do is make an appointment. This is my first time in rescuing feral kittys . And its not easy that for sure . Still one more at the resteraunt that i might try to get . The getting tested right after catching in trap is very difficult .
