Need help with new Short description please

So I have a page for my colony made up on FB. I used to have my old short description read "Bringing awareness to the overlooked cats in my neighborhood" but it's turned into so much more than just awareness. I was thinking of changing it to "Providing a humane solution to our feral cat colony through action, education and rehabilitation."?? What do you guys think? Does that make sense?

I like that! I take it you will be providing pix/info about your specific colony and TNR in general? That is a fantastic idea!

Rehabilitation of whom?  Erring humans or you mean fostering and adopting of the cats?   And Action I suppose its TNR-action?

I don't think that's a good spot for a semicolon? I'll have to see. Hmmm  Should have paid more attention in English class 

ETA: This is just a short description. There is a long description on the page as well that goes into MUCH more detail. Our neighborhoods are very into social media so I thought this was the best way to get everyone involved. I made the page awhile ago but things have been getting serious so it needed an update. I hope I can share my page name here if not, please delete! It is "The Forgotten Cat" for anyone interested.
