Prizes can be shipped within the US only but please don't let that stop you from joining in the fun! If you win, I'm sure we can think of a US-based shelter you can donate the prize to (or even to another TCS member!). The same goes for those of you whose kitties have food sensitivities.

Submissions will be accepted through Saturday, November 21st. 

The Rules:

1. Choose the best picture you have for our monthly theme and post it to this thread. Please mention the cat's name!
    
2. Image needs to be clear and not too small. 480 pixels high by 640 pixels wide minimum. Larger is better.
3. One submission per member please 
   

Photos will not be monitored during the contest. If your photo is found to be too small or unclear, it will not be included in the voting stage.

Our cats are ALL amazingly beautiful! This friendly photo contest is about the way in which the cat is captured in the picture. We're not looking for professional photography, but do try to keep things like image quality, lighting and composition in mind.

This is Daisy, (tuxedo) and her pet Lily, they were my babies when we lived in NJ.

One day after we got Daisy (who was left at the vet by her previous owner), my sister brought a tiny kitten she rescued over to my house. When Daisy saw her she fell in love!  She was cleaning and loving that kitten, they napped together that afternoon. I had never seen anything like that before. When my sister left with her new kitten Daisy was devastated!

She sat on the ottoman that evening with her back to me. My husband, who knew Daisy was usually on my lap when ever I sat down, asked me what was wrong with the cat. I explained about the kitten and he laughed then looked confused.

The next day I went out to the animal shelter and found a tiny tabby kitten, our Lily. They refused my adoption fee because they said she was not well and probably would not live long. I brought her to the vet, got her some meds and two weeks later she was perfect!

Daisy loved her! They were great friends

Makes me go "awww" because this shelter kitty found a forever home with me and I think when this picture was taken, he finally knew that.

The white cat is Samuel and the other one is Finn. I adopted both of them at Save A pet but at different times. I was cleaning my room and when i came back i found them exactly like that. I couldn't stop laughing.

This is my favorite picture of my cat. Looking at it melts my heart because shes so tiny here (shes a big girl now lol). I took this picture on the day i brought her home from the shelter. She made herself at home from day one.

Any chance a doggy picture is admissible? I just :heart3: this Pixie pic :9:
