Arthritis

I do not have time to search through this treasure-trove of information and there is not a way to search these threads that I could see, so I will ask here. I am sure it has been asked many times before.

My 14 yr-old girl hurts. Vet says arthritis. She is picky about what goes in her food and is a devil to give a pill to.

Any suggestions about a glucosamine that cats like and will take? And the best that you have given that works?

I give my kitty Cosequin. It's a chicken flavored powder that comes in a capsule.  Open the capsule and sprinkle the powder onto the food and mix in.  I give my girl one a day, but you can give 2 a day.  Also, provided lots of warm spaces.  I use K&H pet bed warmers for my kitties.  All of them LOVE them.  I also have a pet bed with a heater.  Just got it the other day and my oldest kitty has been in it frequently. 

I give Midi Dasuquin, but what I think helps him the most is his daily does of Feline Omega 3 oil.
