He needs to go to the vet.  Looks like he might have an eye infection.

I agree. Your cat may need some eye ointment to clear this up. Please try to get help as eye infections can cause permanent damage to the eye.

First of all, thank you for taking this poor animal in and taking care of him. If you can get him to a vet ASAP you want to correct this before it becomes serious

Thank you everyone for responding.. As for taking him to vet.. Well, vets here in the Philippines are expensive and I'm still a student and my parents doesnt support me in raising these cats. And were also an average earning family.. But as soon as i can i will take him to vet.

He can lose the eye if it gets crusted shut. Hold a warm, damp cloth over it several times a day as needed. Once the discharge is loosened you should be able to wipe it off.

This will not fix the infection, but might help him keep the eye until you can get to the vet.

I thought of some suggestions for you that hopefully can help , are there any cat rescue groups in your area? Any no kill shelters? Either of them may be able to help you, if you call & explain your situation. Maybe they can give you a voucher for a vet visit, or know a vet that would be willing to help. It never hurts to call around and ask. You never know, you may find someone willing to help. If it's a possibility for you, you could also tell them that you are willing to volunteer for a couple of weeks, or a month (whatever they think) to compensate for the vet care given.

The warm compresses are a good thing to do, & if you can get just plain saline solution for eyes, you can squirt some of that onto the compresses when you clean her eye.

I really hope you can get help though, she could be very uncomfortable & the infection could get worse if not treated soon, then it would cost more, & she could be in pain. See what you can find, & make some calls, explaining the situation, you might be surprised that someone will be willing to help.

Sending up a prayer for you, that you will find some help asap

Hello again everyone! Im glad to say that Baymax's eye problem is solved. We'd gone to a vet early this evening and the vet said that its judt bcoz of parasitism and he just need to go through deworming.

Thanks for your concern and suggestions guys! Very much appreciated! :)

Baymax also said Thanks! :)

Yay! So glad to hear the good news & that it's taken care of. I'm sure he is feeling much better. I have never heard of parasites affecting the eyes. ....Always learning something on this site. ;)
Hugs!
