Have you tried going to her site and asking her where she got it? I've just been running searches, but can't find anything close so far.

Not seeing it either. I am even looking up custom metal signs trying to find just that pattern where you would add own text.
Maybe on Amazon or Etsy under wall decals or stencils
Or download the pic of it and drop it in Google and search by image

That is the original source; that's where I found it. But you're right in that she didn't respond to the question about where she got it. Thanks, tweedledoh.
I'm normally good at finding things like this and I can't come up with anything. 
If you have anyone in your area that does metal laser cut signs, they may be able to come up with something for you.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the help. Nothing is more frustrating than somebody who doesn't answer a question on her blog.
@Winchester where do you live?? Here in Michigan we have this great store called the Hobbie Lobbie they have all different signs like this maybe they have it.

We don't have Hobby Lobby, at least not that I know of. We have AC Moore and Michael's. And they don't have it. Nor does Hobby Lobby. But that was a good idea and I thank you.
