I have to give Midi Veraflox antibiotic in liquid form.  I was hoping to get some "nuggets" as to what is the best way to do this. He is a very stubborn big kitty. I want to make sure I minimize stress to both of us. I know this is silly but I don't want him resenting me after his treatments.

I found with my kitty Tiger it was easiest to position myself to her right side(I am right handed) and reach around her with my left hand to gently open up her mouth on her right side; with my right hand, I then could gently syringe the meds into her right cheek(never down the throat!)   Best time to approach was always after her naps.Lots of love and hugs afterward.

Some friends have had better success with either the burrito wrap with a beach towel, or one really stubborn kitty needed something called a "catsack". I was lucky and never needed either.

Thank you for your reply it is very much appreciated. I like the idea of doing it after a nap, sleepy kitties are easier to handle.
