I can't wait for the leftovers on the day after!

Usually my sandwich has mayonnaise, lettuce, lots and lots of turkey, some melted provolone or baby Swiss, some cranberry relish and is topped with another slice of bread with mayo. Then I smush it down so I can eat it. Yum.

Or we'll wrap our sandwiches in foil and heat them in the oven.

Sometimes I'll make turkey salad sandwiches, but still throw in a tablespoon or so of cranberry relish on top of my sandwich.

What about you?

LOL, that depends on how hungry I am!

Sometimes it's just turkey and mayo on white or wheat bread, or turkey, mayo and a slice of onion on rye. Otherwise, I might make a turkey club with turkey, lettuce, tomato, Swiss and/or American cheese, bacon and mayo on toast! Add a dill pickle spear and some chips and I am good to go!

Another favorite is turkey, romaine lettuce with caesar dressing - and take a bit of mayo and mix some finely grated Parmigiano into it and put it on a lightly baked Kaiser roll.

Ahhhhhhh! SO many options!

I'd rather have the sandwich than the big meal.
I don't cook turkey anymore. DD doesn't like it and I'm not making one just for me. I'll have my sandwich though. Boar's Head turkey breast from the grocery store deli.
.  I will make some stuffing as I can portion it out and freeze it. My sandwiches have always been:

Toasted bread (sourdough preferably), mayonnaise, turkey breast, stuffing, cranberry sauce. That's it. Perfection. The furkids love the Boar's Head turkey, too. I get the 45% less sodium kind with them in mind

With Durkee's Famous Sauce, sliced tomato, and a verrrrrrrrrrrrry thin slice of onion.  I have a mandolin for such jobs, and it's the best money I ever spent.  On the thin setting, it slices the onion so that you can almost read a book through it.

For several years, I had to order the Durkee's online, but last year, The Evil Empire (WalMart) started carrying it again.  I was thrilled.

I've made it regular sandwich style, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.. BUT, My very favorite, the one I look forward to is hot smothered in gravy, eat it w/ a knife & fork kind!!! YUM!

If it is turkey form the real T-day bird, I do a turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, on a good thick slice of bread!! Sometimes add mayo to the opposite side of the bread, from the stuffing and cranberry sauce...I am particular.. Good rye bread is awesome!

If it is deli turkey, then it is: mayo, lettuce, turkey, on any kind of bread.

I usually put turkey, mayo, leftover stuffing and cranberry sauce on mine. So good!

If we have yeast rolls left, I just put it on that or my mom buys small hoagie rolls. :)

Lots of turkey, lots of real mayo, lots of cracked black pepper with swiss cheese on white bread.

Turkey, salt and pepper and gravy if there's any left over. Not a hot turkey sandwich, just put some gravy instead of mayo (which I use if I don't have gravy).
