I've been lurking for a while and have posted a few times, but think it's finally time to introduce myself and my new kittens. I'm Suzanne, and this is George and Alice:
The little blue tabby girl with the serious expression is Alice, and the Russian Blue-looking little boy with the old man face is George. Technically I am fostering them for a local shelter, but I've decided to quit kidding myself about the "foster" part. They are mine; I am theirs. [emoji]128512[/emoji]
If we assume that they have the same father (not a given, I know) are there any people who know a lot about cat genetics @stefanZ? out there who could make a guess on what their parents might have looked like? Would one have needed to be solid blue to produce these two offspring? Not that it matters, just curious.
