Wellness Core canned food

I've used regular Wellness canned food, but not the Wellness Core food. Does anybody know right off hand what is the difference between the two?

I found a great deal on Wellness Core on Amazon and am considering getting some.  

The biggest difference for our cats is that they like the Core foods but not the "regular" Wellness grain-free! I don't feed it much anymore because it has carrageenan but they love the kitten food, which I still feed them as an occasional treat even though they're allegedly adults. They liked the turkey/duck (? whatever one has duck!), too. Our previous cat loved the venison/lamb.

Just be careful: some of the Core foods have potato, which raises the carb levels significantly.
