I have a 7 year old cat, Rista, who through a blood panel has tested positive for corona virus. She hasn't had any health problems from it, and the vet said a cat that's positive is pretty common. However, I just brought a 9 week old kitten, Jasper, home. From what I've read, kittens that young have weak immune systems and have a greater chance of developing FIP. Right now Jasper is isolated in a room, but how likely is it that he'll catch the corona virus from Rista? Is there any way I can minimize the risk of that? Do I have to worry?
