Cold in the North East

Just a thought...

I live in Florida but all I have heard on the news for about a week is how cold it is up in the Northeast of the country this week. Well, the first thing that came to my mind, naturally, is what is happening to all of the poor kitties that live outdoors! I hope it warms up soon for thier sake!

I live in Iowa. but it hasn't been too bad here the past few days...Monday it was 45 degrees. There is still some snow on the ground but it is melting fast. Of course my outdoor kitties have barns with lots of hay to snuggle in!

Its been great here in the north east the last few days - quite a bit of rain, the sun has been out and I have had a couple of walks. My cat is fine - enjoying the winter and keeping his butt hanging over the radiator!
