Transitioning from kitten to cat food

My girl Ava is 7months weighing 3.6kgs now and we are wanting to start transitioning to adult food. Is she an healthy weight for her age and is 7month a good time to put her on a good quality adult wet food.

You can transition your cat  to adult food
A lot of people like to transition their kittens to adult food st arting around 6 months old, maybe supplementing with a little kitten food for a few more months.
