Small amount of pale poop

Hi, I have two 4yr old indoor cats and one of them (Minnie) was having a few litter tray issues a little earlier today.

There are two littler trays and I noticed that she kept going from one to the other wanting to use one but seemingly couldn't settle to do whatever it was she needed to do. One she'd settled in a tray, I kept a discreet eye on her and noticed she passed just a very small amount of pale (tan coloured) poop that was very soft, bordering on diarrhoea. She then immediately scooted across the floor.

She was acting as if she might have been a bit constipated (what with the in/out of the trays and a bit unsettled), but what came out was definitely not constipated type poop. I have not noticed any previous toilet problems. Also, nothing has changed in her diet (she has always been a very picky eater and has always been very skinny).

The only thing is that she has been very stressed as yesterday was Bonfire Night (In UK) with lots of fireworks over the past week. She's not a lap cat but has been looking for comfort on our laps (being a bit clingy) or hiding as soon as she heard a bang.

Obviously, I shall monitor this and take her to the vets if it happens again, but just wondered if anyone had any opinions. Thanks in advance.

Edit - Just as I posted this thread, she got back into the tray, positioned herself for another poop, strained, but nothing came out. Then she covered over where she thought she'd pooped.

She needs a vet.  The scooting could be a sign of impacted anal glands.  Also she may be constipated.  She is peeing, yes?

Thank you for your reply. I have monitored her BM's over the past 3 days and they have returned to normal. She's had two poops since and they were fine. Sh has been peeing normally as well as eating and zipping around like crazy during her mad moments. I'm feeling it may have been a stress response to lots of fireworks going off as they really disturbed her. She does tend to be a hairbally cat, too, so I'll keep an eye on her. Thanks again.
