Convenia shot and vaccines safe when given close?

My cat had a bad ear infection 3 months ago and had a tumor growing in her ear, and got the convenia shot. She was due for her yearly vaccines but I declined at the time because she wasn't feeling well and I didn't know if convenia could interact with the vaccines making her feel worse.

It's been nearly 3 months, is it safe to get her vaccines now?

I would certainly think it's ok, but if your Vet would be the one to let you know for sure.
