hello my cats name is Norma Jean I rescued her from men who were killing kittens, I wont go into detail, but ive had her for about 5 and a half months now and a few hours ago I noticed she was acting weird so when I went to check on her she started crying without me even touching her, her head like jolts/twitches back when anything around her moves. is she having trouble with her eyes or senses? please help! shes my life and I want her to be okay more than anything!

shes not doing it anymore should I still take her to the vet?

it was almost like she couldn't see and movement scared her because she couldn't see.

Please get Norma Jean secured in a rigid travel crate and take her to a Veterinarian ASAP.  Do not handle her directly.  If you do not have speedy access to a catch pole, improvise one to get her into the travel crate.  Do not handle her dishes, toys, nor bedding, either, until after she has been evaluated by a Veterinarian.

She might have what's known as feline hyperesthesia syndrome, but you'll need to get her to the vet for a check up and diagnosis.  It could be something else.

hey guys thank you! I took Norma Jean to the vet and he said its her eye infection that bothered her she has an eye infection on the eye lids and on the whites of her eyes. he said she was acting that way because her eyes hurt her. it still doesn't make sense but she is doing better.
