Death in family

....my husband Zack's, grandfather passed away 2 hours ago (he was 96 years old) I feel so bad for my hubby and his dad...I know my father-in-law is taking it pretty hard right now. Please keep them and the family in your prayers.

His birthday is April 4, 1907. ( my father and him shared a birthday)

Thanks everyone--we are heading up to Waco this evening when I get home from work. The funeral is at 10am...Zack is doing ok, I think. Men usually don't like to talk about this types of things. He changes the subject when I bring it up. I guess it's his way of grieving in peace.

my math is a bit rusty. thought i could subtract 96 from 2004 but even that is too complicated for me!

it's strange to think how the world will be when we are all in our mid-90's.

The funeral was very lovely...I am glad we got to see his cousins again too. We are both exhausted from driving so much especially in the bad storm we ran into Friday night. We are now safe at home!
