Can you choose for me?

I've been planning to use 23 dollars for:
20 packs of food for kittens
20 packs of food for cats
but i want to keep some money to myself

it depends on your situation there, ie what its for cats, what are your plans for them?

You perhaps know we arent really  supportive to just giving homeless cats food - it "shall" be connected with TNR, otherwise they just multyply.

but if they ARE already spayed, its another thing.

Or if you plan to adopt them when they got more used to you...

Anyways, normally its most important to help kittens, whom are also easier to foster and adopt.

I'd like to know where you can buy 40 packs of cat and kitten food for $23 and still have money left over. Food is cheap in the Philippines but it's still not THAT cheap.
