Cat has lump on side

Hi, I have a male tabby thats about 7 months old and about 3-4 days ago i discovered a lump on his side (right behind his ribcage) and it didn't bother him at all for me to poke it or rub it. But last night he got into a fight with cat and the cat cut his ear and that's all I discovered. However he has not eaten or drinken anything as of today and can't even jump up on my bed. When i pick him up he meows very loudly in pain and when I rub his side where the lump was he meows. I need to know whats wrong with him.. I cant afford the vet. Is it normal for cats to be sore after a fight and just rest all day??

That's not normal.  He needs to go to the vet.

I definately can't afford the vet. I feel pissed off at how they can't help a dying animal, forget the price. But it would cost 150$ Plus whatever medicine he needs, anything I can do to help him a little?

Are there any low cost vet clinics in your area? The fees are much less than a regular full service hospital.

Your cat depends on you.  Please do the right thing and take your cat to the vet.  Borrow the money or whatever you need to do . . . just take care of your cat.  He's your responsibility.

I don't think you can do anything because you don't know the cause of the issue.  Your cat needs to see a vet.
