Thank you.

I think given the way the claws are on a kitty that it will grow back.  I think his claw has actually broken off rather than 'coming out'  A kitties claw is actually like an extension of the bone rather than separate.  That is why declawing a kitty is like an amputation. It is like a human having their fingers amputated at the last knuckle.

I had a cat who pulled their claw off from the claw bed by catching it is carpet when she was running and it was very painful for her.   They do grow back but it takes time, and with my cat she was always more sensitive with that claw when I was clipping her claws after that.

You must be very careful using any antiseptics and cleaning products with a cat as many are toxic and can case severe illness or worse if licked off.  Please take care with your cat and if possible take her to the vet:  wounds on paws are particularly prone to infection, esp when using litter / toiletting.   Her paw needs careful cleaning and then an appropriate bandage or other method of keeping her wound clean until it starts to heal.   Your vet may be has other suggestions for the type of colar as well given how you think she has caused this injury.

I hope her paw, and spay wounds heal quickly and without any further problems.
