2 week old kittens will weigh about 1/2 lb.

They need warmth, but a way to scoot away from the heat in case it gets too warm.

Pottying, for the next week or so, then they will be able to go on their own.

Feeding.

At 2 weeks they need to be fed every 4 hours round the clock and on the clock, for instance at 10, 2, 6, 10.

The simplest way is to weigh them with a gram or ounce scale, then know they need 8mls per ounce of weight per day.

They must gain at least 10 grams per day or they are not eating enough and will begin to fail after a few days of this.

So you took in the mom too?  You say she cant wont feed them, but is she taking care of them in the rest??    Washing, warming, perhaps even allowing some nursing??

If yes, it is much easier for you of course.  If not, you must do it all, not least, the  elimination part...    Also, kittens used to nurse from mom, are often relucetant to take bottle. So a needleless syringe will be easier.   It is more complicated, and demands you are verry careful, but in some ways easier.

What exact brand of kmr do you use?

It was said every 4 hour fo the 2-weeks.  But it is if they are healthy and stabilized.  If they are weak  on the verge to go downhill, it shall be more often...  Small portions but often. perhaps every 2 hours...  If they are very weak, as said.

The total as earlier said,  8 ml an OZ=30g a day.   Two weeks kittens usually weigh about 200grammes,   gives  55-60 ml a day of kmr or goat milk. If six feeding, about 10 ml each feeding.

Some of my links and extra advices -

but you are of course welcome with every question and report you do have.

Goats milk is useful instead of kmr. Raw goat milk is best – fresh or frozen,  but bottled /cartooned or  powdered full fat is OK too.

Observe, if an orphan is much bloated, gas-filled, bloated, have colic, simethicone (google on it) may help.  1-2 drop in the bottle.

Fleece or flannel good to use in the bedding for kittens.

Thank you for taking in this family and caring for them.  Sounds like they are already improving.
