Purina is ok... but meow mix if full of dyes and fillers. Blue buffalo is supposed to be good - but may be too rich for her.  How often are you switching foods? That might be your problem if she has a sensitive belly.   My Tiger boy had a sensitive tummy and I finally found a food that worked for him that you can try. He did so well on it. Purina Gentle Formula it has no fillers or dyes turkey is the only meat they use and he did so well on that.

But keep in mind what works for one person's cat may not work for yours. All cats are individuals.

There are also limited ingredient diets out there for dry. I don't think Purina makes one.. just gentle care it's in a purple bag. Are you feeding any canned food? I think there are limited ingredient canned foods out there if dry is making her so ill.

I tried Purina when I first got her as a kitten she loved it but she had constant diarrhea even sometimes with blood in it so I took her off an been scared to even try that brand again I been seeing the sensitive stomach ones or the finicky or selective eaters I might try those next

The canned foods she loves fancy fiest an she does well on it but I only give it to her as a treat because that another thing she does, I only give her half a teaspoons or less because she won't eat it all, when I give it to her she gets all excited meowing like crazy reaching for it an when I put it down she eats like half of the half a teaspoon and that's it won't touch it again an that food goes to waste I end up throwing out cans of food or putting it outside for other cats cause it will take her a week to finish one can an it not that she full because she go eat the meowmix an leave the wet food until tomorrow

First off I'd make sure she's had a vet visit to rule out any medical conditions. If thats all clear I'd try higher quality food.

Try tikicat, weruva, soulistic at petco, nutro natural choice (mine go NUTS for the chicken and tuna). You could also mix in a probiotic with her wet food to help with tummie issues. I give all mine probiotics every day.

I haven't taken her to the vet cause she really only had tummy issues with the Purina an a vet told me to try different food that was like 2 years ago then she had another tummy issue with trout flavor fancy fiest an that was a while back to an now yesterday with the kitten food and both of those incident was vomiting only no diareaha ...other then that it been her just not wanting to eat it an the ones she actually like are bad cheap brands that make her pee smell strong or give her dandruff

I'd keep her off of Purina if it makes her sick then. I was just saying the gentle formula helped my boy out a lot.  Have you thought about feeding raw or a home cooked diet if she is having so much trouble with dry and wet food? There's a raw & home cooked diets part of the forum here if you're interested.

Its more of a her just not wanting to eat it thing like the blue and the nv the science diet the higher ones she didn't have any problems with she jus dont want to eat it she goes up smells it an walks away an I have to feed her things by hand like if it was a treat to trick her into actually tasting it an certain brands she won't try at all.even treats she only eats 1brand of treats won't try anything else

Well you have a picky cat, probably because she's been eating lower quality food so she craves that kind of "fast food" cat food. There are lots and lots and lots of threads here about how to transition cats to better quality food. The first thing is to try lots of different types. Some cats don't like pate, or prefer certain flavors, which is why you might try some popular ones like weruva, tikicat, or soulistic by petco because those are shredded types with gravy that are pretty enticing even to picky cats. They even have some seafood flavored ones that some cats go nuts for. Freeze dried treats tend to be a winner with even the most picky cats. Mine love the Bravo treats, especially the seafood medley and the salmon.
