More information would be useful. does he have diarrhea? Vomitting? Kittens do sleep a lot. Some days more than others. If he is truly quit eating, has he been dewormed or been to a vet for a checkup? A vet visit would be in order.
I agree with NowMama. If you want ours guesses, we must have more facts to go after.
But most probably, its a vet errand. Probably even an ASAP vet errand.
Little ones need to eat and can go downhill very, very rapidly. I'd get him to the vet now, or at the latest first thing in the morning.

I would try giving them some gravy and chicken baby food, all cats seem to not be able to resist it.
