I was worried I would see him on the side of the road somewhere or something, but I never did, so I think, and hope, that someone picked him up and is keeping him as inside pet. And I've always been the only one responsible for the cats, and they have to sleep in my room at night because my parents don't want them wondering into their room. Reason I had to give away Stella is because a sick family member moved in with us (they stayed in my parents room) so my parents moved into my room because we don't have a spare bedroom, and they did not want to deal with sharing a room with a cat, they REALLY don't like them. I don't have any worries of ever having to put her outside though, we're moving to a bigger house soon, and it's out in the country so even if I did have to stick her outside for some reason, she would have access to a barn and a garage, and still be welcome in my room at least, and there are no roads close by (it's super secluded). But I don't think I'll have to put her out. And of course I'll get her fixed to, hopefully in a few weeks when I save up some money. My parents say she's "not too bad for a cat", maybe she'll grow on them. Definitely gonna make sure I can do everything right with this one though. I got super prepared before I brought her home and I've got lots of plans for her (as in yearly check ups, spayed, many cat toys and a cat tower) which will all be a lot easier once I get a job. It's just been hard to do the right thing with cats in the past when I'm the only one in my family who likes them and I haven't had my own income. My parents see it as "they're just cats, who cares if they die or have unwanted kittens". They're so not animal lovers
Please get her fixed, she will sneak out and get pregnant at 5 months or so

Vet said to try worming her again and see if that solves it, so I gave her some this morning. Hopefully that fixes everything and I won't have to go back to the vet again. I've already said that I am going to get her fixed, but I can't right at this very moment, I've spent a lot in vet bills on her and right now my top priority is getting my little chihuahua to the vet because she started having seizures. For the time being there is absolutely NO way she can escape though.

I hope that helps her, throwing up worms can't be pleasant. Vibes for your poor little dog, I hope the vet can find out what's causing the seizures.

Keep us updated on how everything goes.

I can't leave her alone for 5 minutes with out having to listen to her constant meowing [emoji]128557[/emoji]
It's annoying but it also makes me feel guilty

The calico gene is from the Siamese, so I am not surprised she is so vocal. She may also still be a little nervous and is constantly checking to make sure you don't disappear. That should lessen as she gets more comfortable. In the meantime, I also have a very needy cat, so I know how crazy it can drive you. But now is a good time to set boundaries for her. It isn't mean - it is teaching her what she needs to know so everyone in the house is happy.

My Sammy is vocal too. If he can't find me he walks all over the house and meows until he hears me. He has to know where I'm at all the time. Once he sees me, he is fine and will go on his merry way. I don't know what he does when I'm not home, but as soon as I get home he starts.

        Dear Abbygibson,

Sloane is a beautiful Calico, I have a Torticalico named Omlette. Sloane is so very lucky that you rescued her from a bad fate. You seem to  be providing her with the wonderful home she needs. I also have a Tuxedo cat named Obie, and he talks all day long. He cries at the door because he wants me to take him out I only do so if he is on his leash. I know that sometimes the talking can drive you crazy but it is part of his personality and  I would not want it any other way, and it makes it easy to locate him. I am glad that he is a talker. I bet that you will be glad that Sloane talks. She is a loving girl who found the loving person that will care for her.
