Should I worry about aspiration pneumonia?

I gave my cat a small amount of dry food about three hours ago. Right after she ate it she ran after me for more, and I accidentally stepped on her foot. She yelled and then started coughing. It went on for maybe 5 or 10 seconds. Then she stopped and did it again a minute later.  So I am very paranoid and started wondering if maybe she aspirated it? Should I be worried? She seems fine now, no more coughing and she ate her breakfast.

I think if she's acting fine now, she's probably ok.  Just like with us, if something goes down the wrong tube and we cough it up, then we're fine

Thank you, she does seem ok. I just get super paranoid and want to rush her to the vet every time she sneezes.
