You will have to get her examined by an experienced cat vet to find out why her legs are twisted and what can be done.  It's possible she could just have kitty braces to straighten her legs, or it's possible she has a deformity that will not allow her legs to straighten.   Only a veterinarian can tell you this.  Even if you posted pictures showing the twisted hind legs, we couldn't give you a diagnosis.  Please take her to the vet as soon as you can.

There can be help as shown by this article and video from the UK.

I think she is still young enough for you to fix this.  Begin by gently warming and massaging the twisted limbs 3 or 4 times a day and gently straightening the leg a little.  Can you post pictures of the twisted leg?

@catwoman707   can give better advice.

The kitten can likely get help through working with her legs and/or braced legs.

To some extent at least, but not knowing the actual age is difficult to know how much repair can be accomplished now.

Started at very young, many people have been successful with working with them so they will grow straighter and eventually correct themselves, especially hind legs.

But guessing the kitten's age won't tell us enough either.

Can you post pics?

Does she walk around okay? Can she run at all?
