I have a mommy cat and her three kittens that I have been feeding for the last few weeks...she brought them to me when they were about 4-5 weeks old. She was very thin and despite me feeding her several times a day wasn't gaining weight. The kittens have been eating wet cat food ever since the second or third day she brought them to my porch because she clearly wasn't producing enough milk for all three. Recently, the spunkiest one and biggest piglet among them doesn't want to eat the wet food. The mom has finally at about 10-12 weeks started weening them and the baby keeps trying to nurse with no luck. The other two eat the wet food fine but for the last three days the little white one just doesn't want to eat. She's been lethargic since she's not eating...I'm worried she won't survive if she doesn't start eating soon. I even soaked a spoon In juice from the can and brushed it against her face so she'd groom herself and eat some of it but it still didn't make her want to eat.

What can I do to get her to eat? It seems like she's on a mini hunger strike.

Try some dry kitten food . He has to eat something , even dry food is better than nothing .

My mama cats always liked kitten milk replacer while nursing kittens. As far as the weight goes try putting the 1-2 kittens in another room at night so mama doesn't have as big of a load. I noticed as soon as we started a partial night time seperation the mama would gain weight while eating less. If you are able to get her to eat again I would try feeding her some lamb wet food with the kitten milk so she can fatten up faster
