My cat had kittens four days ago and wont take care of them. Ive been bottle feeding them, massaging their bellys and rubbing their bum with a damp cloth after every feeding. I finaly got one of them to poop but still nothing frome the other four. The one that did poop it was slightly solf but super sticky.

Feeding them a homemade kitten formula i got online.
*10 oz. (1 1/4 cup) of goat’s milk
*1 egg yolk
*1-2 tsp light Karo syrup.
*1 cup of plain whole (NOT low or non-fat) yogurt.

I started adding a little bit of olive oil yesterday

Try with diluting the formula some, ie more water.   Its a standard advice in many such situations.

Continue with this olive oil, add a couple of drops to each feeding, its not harmful.   Virgin coldpressed oil is best.  The alternative is coldpressed rapeseed oil.

If this doesn help either, minerale oil is even more potent, but to find minerale oil of food grade?   Here in Sweden we use liquid paraffine as our potent minerale oil, but Im not sure what is suitable in USA...

Also, if necessary, glycerine cons for enema are useful. Take one for kids, strip off a tiny bit so its small enough for a kitten.  And set in.  You may perhaps need to use gloves, because a difficulty may be they melt in your fingers.

What exactly goat milk do you have?  If that goat milk is good enough, it may be used as it is.

How often and how much are you feeding the kittens?

Have you tried putting the kittens to her nipples at all since then?

Im feeding them every two hours about 2.5 ml. Ive tried putting a couple of them on the mommy at a time and she lets them suckle but she doesnt lick them or anything and they still seem hungry after. Her nipples are super tiny. I dont know if shes makeing milk? Or not enough. Ive been stimulating them with warm water cotton balls and they'll pee but no poop no matter how long i rub for. Ive heard about something call a triangle method but i cant see what theyre doing in any of the videos

Had you tried with this  glycerine cone-sliver of it?

Giving them more water?

As all four have constipation, it seems to be some sort of system fault...  Exact what, I dont know, either your technique, or they are a little dehydrated.

The triangular method is new to me, I tried to watch on it, looks unpleasant, I  cut down the video.   I assume being enough desperate you must do so, but...

There are two other ways in the tool chest.

Have the kitten rear end in running warm water, tapping it with your forefinger on the private parts.  Very effective and mild.   Just be sure the kitten doesnt gets chilled out...

Keep the kitten in one hand, in a towel if need be so its not slippery, in under warm running water (NOT hot), etc...

The last line of defence is giving it an enema... Not that difficult if you know how.

I think so.   Its essentially a standard, notthing especial with it.  But you must  crave out just a  small slice, kitten anus is much less than a human kid.

On that triangular video the vet used a termometer, to provoke by force...  not nice and not to my taste.  YOU shall use just a narrow slice, not making any dilatation forcee  anything.

Yes, baby glycerin suppositories are in the baby aisle. You shave off a TINY piece with a little point on the end. It needs time to dissolve inside the kitten.

Keep adding the oil to the formula. Once the kittens' systems adjust they should begin pooping normally.

It sounds like mom's milk has not fully come in. Suckling should trigger the hormones that release milk, so if mom is amenable, you can let the kittens suckle to see if she will produce milk, but it might take a couple of days of lots of suckling. Meanwhile, they still need to be fed, of course. The vet may be able to give your cat a shot to help her produce milk.

Mom cat may begin stimulating the kittens if they are left with her long enough. They should ideally be with mom except for feedings, unless she is trying to hurt them. Putting them in a room together in a nest with mom's food, water, and litter nearby might help, and not letting mom wander.

Feeding every 2 hours is good. I assume you know this has to happen through the night as well. Are you weighing the kittens daily to check for weight gain? They need to gain 6-10 grams daily.

The rule of thumb is 8 mL's of formula for every ounce of weight, divided by the number of feedings in a 24-hour period. In other words, a 5-ounce kitten needs 40 ounces of milk per day. If feeding every 2 hours that would mean 12 feedings of 3.3 mL's in 24 hours. The 2 hours is figured from the start of feeding the first kitten. Sometimes it's easier to just begin feeding on the hour - 12, 2, 4, 6, 8, etc. The amount fed increases as they gain weight. And of course, if they want more milk that's always good!

It sounds as though you are handling things quite well in the meantime.
