My cat has been taking doxycyline at 6pm each evening. The vet has now added prednisone and azythromicin once a day as well. She said they all need to be given as close to the 24 hour mark as possible between pills. The doxy cyclone is at 6pm. She wants me to start the other 2 this afternoon. Would that be too much to give all 3 meds at 6pm? Should I space them apart a little (like 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm or even 6pm, 8pm, and 10pm)? I don't want to give him too much at once and make him throw up. The vet said it was important he get all of the medicine.

It should be fine to give them all at once, even better if there is a little food in him.  What was the diagnosis?

The vet said his prognosis is good. He's been dealing with this for a couple weeks now. She was concerned he might have feline leukemia or feline aids but both tests came back negative, thank God! He is eating and drinking well but he does have the fast respitory and heart rates. His blood work showed his blood cells were low, but not so low as to require blood transfusions. He got it from fleas that we could not get under control. He was risistant to the flea control product my vet provides (advantage II) and it didn't get rid of the fleas.
